//me on the beach yesterday// just kidding//
The last day of the squat challenge is Thursday!
Can you believe it’s almost over?!
I have to admit that I’ve struggled to find time to work out the last few weeks. I still made it happen but I confess, I skipped a day...
It was the day of 190 squats. I just literally couldn’t do it physically. I’ve had some long work hours (12 hours on my feet, moving, lifting; this ain’t no desk job) and “get-to-know” drinks with the crew (an absolute necessity, for real) have made it really hard to find the time.
I know all I talk about is how I lost my phone at Heathrow airport (I’m slowly getting over it) but it’s made me feel like I really dropped the social media ball for this squat challenge. I really wanted to make #thcsquats a thing and do some more Instagraming during the challenge. You know, get a squatting crew going! LOL. Oh well, there’s always next time, right?
I’m a little nervous to measure my butt! I hope I’ve lost half an inch again but theres no way to know until day 30! Even if I haven’t lost anything, this challenge is still worth it. It really helps tighten and tone. The best thing is realizing how strong you are. I can’t believe I’m about to go do 230 squats I’m not even worried about it! Can you?! It’s crazy!
I wish we could all get together and feel each others quads in a non-creepy, not-weird way.
How are your legs and butt feeling? Have you absolutely had to skip any days like me? Are you surprised that this is something you can do? Are you gonna try other challenges now?
Tell tell tell…
